About Us

The Alpaca Center of New England strives to be known as the place to go for a high quality educational experience in the area of owning and raising alpacas and their end product - Luxury fiber - in New England.

We collaborate with a select and diverse group of Maine Alpaca Farms and a Marketing company to provide seminars, training, and hands-on experiences with alpacas and alpaca fiber.

The Alpaca Center of New England functions under the direction of Corry Pratt, one of the co-owners of Northern Solstice Alpaca Farm. We are an organization committed to providing education and mentoring to current and future Alpaca owners in our community. We are also actively working to provide information to the general public about Alpacas and their fiber.

We are a group of Professionals with experience in the areas of Training, Veterinary Care, Husbandry, Fiber, Marketing and Graphics. Together, we provide an outstanding learning environment, utilizing high quality educational materials and our collective expertise. We provide outstanding quality and exceptional customer service.
